Want to learn a song? Need to brush up on a few things to improve your guitar playing? Better understand theory? Write better songs? Advance your pursuit of a music career?

Lessons and mentoring sessions are open to beginners, intermediate and advanced players/songwriters/creatives to help you on your journey. We can focus on anything you want and we'll tailor the sessions to your needs and goals. Some common topics include:

  • Basic guitar technique - fingerpicking, right hand technique, understanding the fretboard, strumming patterns

  • Specialized techniques - altered tunings, partial capos, two-hand tapping, etc.

  • Songwriting, performance, music theory, pickups/gear, career advice, etc.

  • Anything goes really, just ask!

Please send me an EMAIL to tell me what sort of guidance you’d be interested in. I am currently accepting weekly/bi-weekly students on Tuesdays, but let me know your needs and we’ll find something that works for both of us.

-Cost-

Single 50 minute virtual lesson: $40

Lesson Plan Package of 4 lessons: $150 ($10 discount)

I recommend the Lesson Plan Package, so that we can come up with goals that you want to achieve over a certain amount of time. Think of them as short paths (4 steps) that are measurable and focused on targets that we come up with together that will suit your goals. Lessons can be weekly, every other week or monthly.

  • Computer/Phone with Zoom (preferred) or Google Meet/Facetime

  • Webcam

  • Your guitar

  • Patience, willpower and a desire to improve

  • Payment via Paypal/Venmo/CashApp/Zelle - if you don't have an account you can pay directly with a credit card.
